The job.

You will be the face of the events and the members’ point of contact throughout the year, keeping them informed of relevant upcoming events activities. You will take full ownership of these relationships and consistently feedback your findings to internal teams. You will be an integral part of driving these clubs forward.

The Responsibilities.
  • As the access point to our events, you will become an expert on the event format, platform, event features and content each event has to offer.

  • The role is to engage with clients and make them aware of the benefits of being part of our exclusive clubs, attending events gaining commitment to various elements. You will gain insights on their preferences and ensure that they are matched to correct event features to ensure they have a best-in-class event experience.

  • You will be a key player in increasing the number of members in our clubs, by researching attendees and generating new leads.

  • You will work closely with the marketing department to convert inbound enquiries into Club members 

  • Working with the content production team to fully understand our agendas and be able to bring the programme to life to members over the phone.

  • You will be a key link between the content team and the members, passing on valuable insights.

The requirements.
  • 4-5years experience in building and maintaining client relationships at various levels

  • Be able to  provide high-class customer service, you must have a confident, intelligent telephone manner and a desire to delve deeper to get the hard-to-find insights

  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with an obsession to keep learning.

  • Project management & organisational skills & ability to work with minimum supervision.

  • A team player with an ability to build a network both internally and externally – and comfortable interacting with a diverse group of stakeholders

  • A curious mind and a thirst to build knowledge to enhance performance

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills to develop innovative and viable solutions to support customer growth

  • Self-motivated, with a willingness to ask questions and put forward ideas and the drive to own opportunities through to completion
