A fantastic opportunity for an Interim HR Project Manager has arisen to manage the implementation of the new HR system (BambooHR). The Interim HR Project Manager will ensure the existing implementation project is on track to successfully hit project milestones, liaising with HR and IT Project teams in ensuring the successful implementation of the new HR System.
Project Manage the implementation of various HR Transformation projects across the business.
Change Management – act as lead on HR strategic projects and initiatives
Lead the build, testing, implementation, training and communication of the new HRIS system, BambooHR.
Working with BambooHR project team to define and build system requirements aligned to HR processes and practices.
Developing UAT for HR users and managers
Liaising and owning the system integration with various providers, in the UK, US, Cebu and Singapore, flagging risk ahead of programme.
Experience in leading projects and change management that transform the HR function
Extensive understanding of HRIS (BambooHR desirable); hands on experience in HRIS or Recruitment ATS implementation
