The job.

The Senior Marketing Executive will lead on developing and executing campaigns for a range of With Intelligence’s portfolio of operational and gaming events ensuring that attendee and award entries targets are consistently exceeded.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of each event, contribute new ideas and foster collaboration between departments. They will also work closely with the commercial team and provide marketing support to ensure that sales targets are exceeded.

The Responsibilities.
  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns for allocated hedge fund events

  • Manage the planning process for each event, ensuring collaboration and communication across all departments to ensure a successful launch that is delivered on time

  • Designing a comprehensive marketing plan for each event, detailing all event campaign activity and registrations/ entries tracking, presenting it to key stakeholders as and when required

  • Maximising opportunities to improve marketing processes and activity, such as email automation and dynamic content

  • Data selection and segmentation to ensure tailored messaging for each audience type

  • Identification of gaps in data and work with internal teams to research new contacts and maintain existing

  • Working closely with the Delegate Engagement Team to ensure event is positioned correctly and they have required data and assets

  • Brief in and manage design requirements, ensuring that marketing collateral meets brand guidelines

  • Carry out post event research and analysis for each event and circulate a post event marketing report to key event stakeholders

  • Utilising content-based marketing to drive new leads and engagement with events

The requirements.
  • Evidenced experience within a B2B events environment

  • Knowledge and experience of the full marketing mix

  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously

  • Experience of using databases and customer segmentation

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong creative writing skills

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
