The job.

You’ll be developing data-driven approaches across the entire organization, understanding business requirement and planning and developing solutions to address our data needs.

The Responsibilities.
  • Understand business requirement and plan solution to address data needs

  • Partner with tech teams and business professionals to develop data-driven approaches across the organization

  • Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics

  • Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization

  • Manage and utilize the Tableau platform to extract meaningful insights from it

  • Prepare reports using various visualization and data modelling methods

  • Collect data from various sources and normalize it

  • Test and publish dashboards and reports and schedule refresh

  • Creating wireframes and beta dashboards with a focus on user experience, correctness and visibility

  • Apply algorithms and statistical methods to obtain answers from data

  • Solving any data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources

  • Monitoring reports and dashboards and make necessary changes

  • Manage Tableau-driven implementations, architecture and administration

  • Actively manage the performance and usability of Tableau

The requirements.
  • Proven Tableau experience, business intelligence and analytics

  • In-depth knowledge and a sound understanding of RDBM systems and ETL processes

  • Competency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL and Excel

  • Excellent analytical skills to forecast and predict trends and insights using past and current data

  • Knowledge of data architecture, modelling, mapping, analysis and visualization using

  • Enterprise-level experience in data presentation

  • Sound knowledge and experience in Tableau Products and versions including Tableau Prep, Tableau Online and Tableau Desktop

  • Knowledge of data migration, Tableau integration and extensions

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and ticketing systems

  • Understand and transform stakeholder expectations into technical requirement

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Also a plus 

  • Knowledge of design principles and quality processes

  • Knowledge of script writing, code integration and languages such as R and Python

  • Knowledge of DevOps and basic project development lifecycle

  • Understanding of data security and its implementation

  • Certifications in Tableau and other BI tools

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field
